a. 15% discount off in-stock RV parts and accessories from any of our Giant Recreation World dealerships.

b. 20% discount off the charge for labor from any of our Giant Recreation World RV service departments.

Weekend Campouts

a. Hosted camping events are held monthly ( excluding the month of the Rally) and usually last at least 2 nights.

b. One catered meal is included for each camping event

c. Organized activities are available for all ages

d. Members can make reservations through our online reservation system or by contacting a Giant Recreation World VIP representative only.

e. In order to participate in any VIP Camping Club event, you must book through the VIP Club website. You cannot call the park and make your own reservation and pay to join the club. 

Weeklong Specialty Trips

a. Hosted camping events are held several times throughout the year (excluding the month of the Rally.). They usually last 6-7 nights

b. One catered meal is included for each camping event

c. Organized activities are available for all ages

d. Members can make reservations through our online reservation system or by contacting a Giant Recreation World VIP representative only.

Annual Member Appreciation Rally

a. Member Appreciation Rally is held in either October or November

b. Several catered meals are included along with an open bar on selected nights

c. Live entertainment is included on all Rally nights.

d. Organized activities are available for all ages

e. VIP members can enter competitions and tournaments

f. Free RV education seminars are held during the rally

g. Free selected service work done by our techs during the rally, with the purchase of necessary parts.

a. Membership to GRW’s VIP Camping Club is $50.00 per calendar year.

b. Membership expires on December 31st of every year

c. If/when renewed, membership will be valid January 1st thru December 31st

d. Membership dues are $50.00 regardless of the month in which the member joined

e. Giant Recreation World reserves the right to change the cost of the membership, at any time, with or without notice.

f. If VIP Membership is purchased after April 1st, GRW will reimburse customers up to $50.00 on 1st campout attended. Does not apply to Rally or Specialty trips.

a. The member must purchase their RV from Giant Recreation World.

b. If camping with the VIP Camping Club, the member must camp in the RV purchased at Giant Recreation World.

c. The member must stay current with their membership dues

d. Membership is extended to the original purchasing customer and their family members living in their household.

e. In order to be a part of the VIP Camping Club functions, the members reservation must be made through the VIP online reservation system or VIP representative and not through the campground.

f. While participating in VIP Club campouts, the member is considered a representative of Giant Recreation World. The member must observe all campground rules regarding safety. The member must treat other members campers and staff in a courteous manner.

a. Price for the campout includes meals for all that are staying in the members RV that was purchased through Giant Recreation World. The number of people staying in the RV must be indicated when making your reservation. If you are bringing additional guests after you have made your reservation, please notify the director within 3 weeks prior to the campout.

b. If you have a guest that will be driving to the campout and joining you for dinner and entertainment, there will be a $10.00 per person, per night charge. Please notify the director within 3 weeks prior to the campout.

c. If a member has friends that will be camping in their own RV that was not purchased through Giant Recreation World, they will not be able to attend our functions.

Reservations, whether for the first or second weekend of an event, will be subject to forfeiture of payment if canceled less than 2 weeks prior to the first day of the first weekend of the event.

If the campground has a longer cancellation period than 2 weeks, (which will be noted under the description of the campground) their cancellation policy will prevail.

All cancellations are done prior to either Giant Recreation World's cancellation deadline or the campgrounds deadline,
will incur a $15.00 cancellation fee, and the remainder will be refunded.

The member reserves the right to terminate their VIP Camping Club membership at any time with or without notice. Dues paid for that calendar year will not be refunded.
